      Pros

      Extensive range of products so always something to discuss with clients. Also, good work-life balance and people are generally friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is not great and senior management in Europe are not very good. Seem to be happy to coast without taking action. Quite political as well.

      - great work environment - extremely flexible hybrid system - given a lot of responsibility if wanted. - great monthly employee happy hour - extremely transparent monthly townhalls
