Worst job ever! - Anonymous employee Wise Innovations Employee Review

They treat their employees very terribly. Everyone is supposed to give, give, give but BabyEarth and management never give back, or even treat fairly for that matter. Raises rarely EVER happen, fair pay is nearly unheard of. Communication with management is a joke and they are known for lying and mistreating people. The turnover is insane at this company becuase they treat their people like crap. They have a knack for hiring single parents and people who are frankly too desperate to leave, those are the only people who stick around. I reget ever working here, I wouldn't wish a job there on my worst enemy.
