      Some appreciation in beginning for writing skills, but bogged down by problems with meeting WG standards

      Cons

      Writing increasingly became more formulaic and the company reimbursed less. This devalued writers and editors and made it harder to make a living.

      Pros

      Paid on time, decent wages for freelance writing work, fun articles to write with very clear guidelines.

      Cons

      None really. They're a good company. I don't think they hire much anymore, and have definitely scaled back operations since the Google algorithm changes, but if you can get a job with them, you should.
