1. Changes salary rules according to their mind. 2. Cuts salary (30% or 10%) 3. Keeps your money towards them so that they blackmail you while resigning and you have to leave with losses. 4. No CTO to company 5. Dont have any industrial experince to owner , no technical knowledge. 6. Uses google sheet , drive for any documentation 7. No leaves (alternate monday and every sunday)

Very nice hike for deserving candidate. Work life balance is good.

Management is week, continue requirements are changes which gives developer to do extra work for same task.
