Pros
Zero Pros management is completely lost and give you the pink slip at the drop of a dime. They abuse “at will” and use it based on solely emotions and not factual information. The turnover is very high here because the COO cannot get along with anyone.
Cons
The COO is a poor excuse for a leader and manages solely off of emotions. One minute she likes you and the next minute she’s screaming at you at the top of her lungs with an unprofessionalism I’ve never witnessed in my entire professional career. If you need a job and they offer it run because you will only be signing up for verbal abuse and a very bad poor working environment.
