Great working culture here where everyone is very friendly. Hr and Manager department is very supportive. Perfect place for college students to start their career and gain some experience and brushing their skills on real time projects.You will get to learn a lot here. You will have a good exposure to industry as company have some international clients also. To lighten up the environment , fun activities are conducted each friday where all members gathered and participate. You will definitely enjoy working here.

No as such cons in the organiztion. One point to be noted that freshers especially college students have to work as intern first(with decent stipend) and depending on their performance they will be given full time opportunity.

Lesser training/induction programs for freshers. Expectations may be high from college-students joining as interns. Freshers need to join as interns (though paid monthly stipend).
