Pros
Great company, the leadership truly cares about its employees, they don't just talk about it, they mean it and they show it. They care about their product and their customers as well.
Cons
Business vision sometimes feels misguided, and stagnant. Engineering teams sometimes are too eager to take the "easy" way, or shortcuts which they then pay for later.
