      - Stupid PLM system/rules. - Uneven workload in different teams. - KPI management is not practical and irrelevant to your bonus. - Top/senior managers loved seeing you fixing mistakes in a fancy way, instead of preventing problems before they occur.

      My mentor gave me check points to reach and points of interest to study, while also letting me figure it out at my own pace. If I needed help, I was not afraid to ask and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
