I had the pleasure of working at Witailer for a year, half of it remotely due to Covid-19 precautions. During my time there, I have felt supported and valued by the management team and given many growth opportunities. The management team asked for my input even when I was an intern, and I have felt like I had a say in the way the company was growing. It was exciting watching the company evolve before my eyes, including moving to a new office. I appreciate the flexibility demonstrated during Covid-19 and the time the management team took to ensure things were working smoothly. Overall, I had a great time.

Long hours. Lack of strong company culture, given how young the business is.
