      Pros

      Nice people to work with at the staff level

      Cons

      Hours were similar to Big 4 but I learned less; The firm has very poor mentoring (my peer mentor never spoke to me and my counselor had no idea where my performance stood); management has their favorites and it is extremely cliquey; very unprofessional with things that go on personally between employees in the office

      Pros

      Good benefits and strong 401(k) match. As well as great opportunity for marketing. Solid resources for mentorship as well.

      Cons

      Salary is capped at certain levels and totally dependent on CPA without having any consideration for your performance throughout the year. Also, scheduling can be vastly improved as you will be over-booked throughout various periods of the year. Also not very diverse in hiring practices.
