Pros
The pay was the only thing that kept me there for a number of years. However after all that I endured there, I realized that no amount of money was worth being treated the way I was, and every employee is, by the owner
Cons
Brian Wittman is a horrific employer. He berates his employees, talks about them behind their backs and to their faces, in front of other employees. He micromanages so much because the only person he trusts is himself. Yet he won't do any work himself. He is habitually late to EVERY appointment. If one error is found, he plays the victim and passive aggressively punishes you for it.
He will text you after hours and on the weekends. No matter how many times you show him how to use the computer databases the company uses, he "forgets" every time. Policies and procedures he puts into place, he doesn't follow.
The other financial advisors he had working there were constantly being questioned as to how and where they got their clients, as if somehow he should be the one to have them instead...especially of that client had alot of money.
If you are thinking of taking a position here, just don't...you will regret it.
