Pros
I must admit the product is the most professional product I've seen and I have worked in various places before, the vision and roadmap are top notch . There's lots to learn and do, I was afraid I may shrink my horizon when I joined but I was completely wrong, the product is expanding in many directions, I'm not bored, I'm able to satisfy my curiosity, only if there was enough time in the day to keep up. The quality of the product and docs is the best if I compare it to other software companies I've worked for. Decent work life balance, although some weeks may be more loaded than others.
Cons
Pay is not up to par with industry, took a > 20% paycut to come here, but I think it helps it to be in a place where there is no lack of confidence in leadership and/or product, I rarely worry about things that are outside my control, those things consumed to much of my energy in my prior job. I hope it will pay off in the long run.
