Pros

A fast growing startup that will teach you more in a year than most jobs will in 5. Not exactly for the faint of heart, but the perfect place for those looking to keep their work life interesting. This group of hard-working and fast moving people has been truly inspiring. I've never seen anything quite like it. Who knows if we will truly catch fire, I just know that the ride will be explosive!

Cons

Highly demanding. Constant shifting of priorities and trying new things -- which can be a positive and negative.

Pros

High-energy team and genuinely nice people to work with. The products carry real complexity, so there is no shortage of interesting engineering problems to solve. Every new solution is approached AI first, which keeps the work current and the thinking sharp.

Cons

The pace can get a little overwhelming at times, but that comes with the territory at a fast-growing startup. If you want to move fast and build, it is a fair tradeoff.
