      1. Team is innovative + there is freedom to experiment, learn, and find wins 2. Culture is fantastic. Fun offsites, unlimited PTO, genuine care for employees 3. Maybe the best part - product delivers on its promise to users, so users are happy and in turn, company is happy.

      Freedom to do the job the way you want to. Strong and accessible leadership. Great software solution that works better than competitors.

      Early stage startup so not a lot of structure yet if that's something you need - but that also has its advantages.
