      Some pros are i get exposed to real live projects from across different industries like aerospace, medical, etc. Another pros is I have experienced engineers guiding me along the way and they are very friendly and patient.

      Cons

      One of the cons is sometimes there are many projects at once. So the work-life balance may be abit challenging.
