Pros
Meeting new people, out of base allowance Out of base in Luton and received an allowance per day
Cons
Basic wage is absolutely unliveable in the UK £520 a month. If you get no flights you are expected to live on this, this is impossible in the UK, maybe in Eastern Europe, but in the UK absolutely not. No work/life balance at all, no idea where you are with the company or what your pay will for that month as you either have quite a few flights or none at all Training was unorganised from start to finish, and was very stressful from the very beginning. Communication is terrible, nobody in management bothers to reply to any emails and if they do its weeks later. Once completed training had no flights for over 6 weeks so then had to go and find another job in the meantime Employed third party to begin with so again communication is very poor. I honestly have nothing good to say about my experience here as it was stressful from the beginning to the end. Staff in Luton are also very unwelcoming and unhelpful, most of them, except the small minority which are nice and accomodating to new joiners My advice would be save yourself the stress and the time and don't even bother to apply or work for Wizz Air UK. There are far better airlines out there that I would recommend working for.
