Good atmosphere. Management is fair dealing with employees and does what they say they are going to do.

Not really a con, but company is still working through modernizing some old processes.

I have worked at Spaeder under multiple capitates. I've always looked at Spaeder as a family-oriented businesses that cares about the employees and invests in their staff while maintaining a profession atmosphere giving us the ability to grow and thrive.

If you're not interested in mechanical construction, then this might not be the company for you. They deal with everything that falls under fire-protection, HVAC and plumbing construction. New, old, remodel and service in mechanical construction.
