Pros
Working here has been an enormous learning experience alongside coworkers who have become some of my favorite people. The emphasis on culture sounds like it's shifted and evolved very positively since some of the earlier reviews—I've never experienced any of the negative behavior described in previous posts. Even during a period of personaI struggle that absolutely effected my work performance, Ed and the team did everything they could to make sure I bounced back and landed on my feet, allowing me to not just rebound, but to thrive. I consistently feel supported by both Woden partners and coworkers, and genuinely enjoy coming into the office every day.
Cons
The work is hard, but every question I've had here (even the ones that seem obvious) have been answered with expertise and humor. If you're someone who has a hard time asking questions or is afraid to fail, this could be difficult—there's an expectation for team members to be responsible and transparent about what they do or do not understand. The open office can be a struggle for people who prefer to work "head down", but for those who enjoy being social and can balance that with getting their work done, it's really enjoyable. It will be a difficult place to succeed if you struggle to define your own capabilities and set boundaries around them.
