Pros
I was hired at Woden right out of college, and feel it has given me immeasurable amounts of experience that I otherwise would not have gotten at a larger company or agency. Leadership has invested a lot of time into my personal growth and development as I've navigated my first job out of school. Because Woden is a smaller company, you have to opportunity to contribute to other aspects of the business outside of your immediate role. If you want to help with marketing, you can join the marketing team, if you enjoy strategy, you can join that meeting as well. Woden is also industry agnostic so you get to work with clients in a variety of industries. Unlimited paid time off and an office dog is pretty cool too...
Cons
As new team members are hired, project switching is something that happens and can feel overwhelming to get caught up to speed on a client you weren't on from the beginning. High standards and expectations are tough to meet at times and you may be called out in a public setting for it. Not necessarily a con for me, but this job is barely hybrid, yet advertised as so. There is an expectation that you are in office pretty much every day. In-person collaboration is preferred as much as possible. Sometimes you're expected to work outside of typical 9-5 hours.
