Worst management company ever!!!!! - Property Manager Wogan Group Employee Review

There was only had one person working in compliance, which made it impossible to for any recertifications to be completed in a timely manner. the compliance person let more than 100 recertifications become past due once Wogan announced they were going out of business. Upper management was horrible with communication and did not pay the residents utility reimbursements from March - October.
