1. The people working here are some of the best people I have met and made quite a few friends. That's about it for the Pros.

There are a hell lot of cons, so be prepared to read an essay. It's all about the management. So let me give you an insight. Two brothers run this company and since they might have made quite some money in a short amount of time, they think they can rule the world. 1. They never keep up to their word, especially when it comes to giving MONEY. 2. No kind of professionalism, since it's a family business, they think they can yell at their subordinates like it's "family" 3. They treat their employees like freaking donkeys. 4. They behave like they have obligated us by granting leave. The Management is in serious need of classes that teach some Professionalism.
