Pros
Very talented, knowledgeable people working in an exploding industry. Good level of autonomy and a variety of projects to keep things interesting.
Cons
Since being acquired by Lincoln Electric, Wolf’s culture has changed substantially. The new GM does not embody the values of old and instead only cares about the numbers. Extremely talented and experienced people are departing and being replaced by outside hires, leaving a serious knowledge gap. Employee satisfaction and morale are down as the large corporate culture starts to take over. Wolf used to be very agile but is now weighed down with red-tape and corporate bureaucracy. There's a clear divide in attitude between people who worked for Wolf Robotics and new hires that only know Wolf as a division of Lincoln.
Depending on the department, career advancement is limited and compensation increases are dictated by the corporate office, so minimal at best. They rely on a bonus program that not everyone has a direct effect on and is hard to plan for in your finances.
