Pros

People The benefits are solid, the pay is competitive, and there's a strong culture of collaboration across teams. The executive team is also notably supportive and accessible, which contributes to a sense of alignment and trust throughout the organization. Most people respect and enjoy working for their Executive Leader.

Cons

Too many meetings Lots of reporting Lack of autonomy BUT if you are organized enough, you make all that part of your routine. Once trust is earned things tend to shift. No company is perfect, but if you believe in what you are doing you can understand the reasoning behind certain decisions. The CEO makes it clear that if you are not happy then you should leave, so people do then come to glassdoor and post negative reviews. As they say: hurt people hurt people.

Pros

If you’re looking for a case study in what not to do in leadership, this is it. You'll learn a lot about red flags. Fast.

Cons

Working here was one of the most mentally draining and toxic experiences of my career. The management is aggressive and soulless, running the company like a twisted cult where constant micromanagement is the norm. We were hounded all day for updates on Slack, like robots on a timer, not professionals trusted to do our jobs. The CEO is a full-blown narcissist, obsessed with control and incapable of listening to anyone who challenges his ego. Nothing is ever good enough, yet no real direction is provided. It’s crazy how much time is wasted pretending things are fine when in reality, testing and security are complete afterthoughts, which should terrify anyone in tech. You’re not building something here, you’re surviving it.
