Pros
It seems like software development has the most problems but when you look at the reviews, majority of the marketing reviews are written by those looking to influence the rating and not give a real review. The Pro here is the red flag being upfront. Marketing is their code word on here and it isn't for the likely 4 person marketing team that is constantly changing. It is just managers doing what they are told with methodology circa 2005.
Cons
There are a load of places that are a great next step after here. The best thing you can say is many other people have been in your shoes and moved on. That is common on places like this where management takes no feedback and you will appreciate your next job more for this experience. You will gain a lot of friends talking about your experience here once you leave. Everyone knows.
