Pros
The nicest part of Cree was honestly Cree Cafe. It sounds silly but it eliminated a decision every day.
Cons
The IT organization was a total disaster. Silos abound and there wasn't even legitimate monitoring of a lot of systems. You were frequently called to go work on systems that were totally isolated in the manufacturing environment that almost no one knew about.
