Pros
If your right out of collage or new to the semiconductor industry this is a good place to start! you will have the chance to work with some really smart people! And will meet some really Good people! you will be constantly challenged to perform above and beyond the call of duty! you will learn the Art of "make it happen Now!" And you Will!!!! you will do "what ever it takes" to get the systems online! and after a few years you will be valuable..(to other company's)
Cons
The Company (or the people making the decisions) always seem to be one step behind the Industry!..it wasn't always like this! we never know if were a materials company, a Lighting company or a chip company! The Hours are a little tough at times..12 hrs can take it toll on you. revolving door of people. the bottom line in not always clear!..one minute we need you to work as many hours as possible..then,,stop all overtime and let people go! Seems very unorganized!
