      Pros

      Teammates were great. Facilities were ok. NY Fab was nice and new. Severance was 6 mos.

      Cons

      Upper management seemed to have focus issues, opening then closing fabs. NC fab was old and needed redoing, which is probably why they are closing it. Getting laid off sucks.

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
