Pros
Very capable IT teams both in IT and the core business. Exciting projects, opportunities to grow and to learn (as well as contributing of course).
Cons
too many managers and role changes amid leadership. More managers than foot soldiers. Problem sometimes to accept that core business issues are not found and or solved just in IT, reports reflect the state of what we do, the way we do it: reshaping them doesn't make us work any better.
