Pros
Company has great products and used to be great to work for before irrational investments in fabs using credit and money it does not have.
Cons
After announcing bankruptcy, employees are leaving left and right and it damaged its reputation. No customer wants to commit to actually buying or paying for products so I personally fail to see how they will come out of restructuring. They literally have to sue one of their customers to get them to pay for goods.
