Poor work culture - Warehouse Operative Wolseley UK Employee Review

It's encouraging to discover that there were a good number of positives - we're always looking to offer the best pay and benefits packages we possibly can to all our employees, while communication is also key to our success. That being said, workplace culture is also really important and so it's disappointing to note that you felt this was poor.
