      Blue collar mechanics are good people.

      Cons

      Office persons (management) have no idea how to keep customers happy and question any time spent on site more than what was being paid by the generator supplier.

      Pros

      Everybody is very pleasant to work with. Pay is above average for each position and a lot of learning opportunities are available. Fun events for all employees to get together

      Cons

      PTO structure is rough takes a really long time to earn PTO and earn more PTO.
