Pros
Growing company with many business units that offer broad experience and geographic opportunities. The Amsterdam HQ does try to make sure all associates are updated. So they send out regular communications and expect the GMs to do the same. They do seem to try to present a balanced view of the business, with some challenges/bad news mixed in. They also have many opportunities to telecommute. The benefits are great and kick in quickly. The offices in NY are in Chelsea, right in the heart of all that is cool and hip. They also have opportunities/offices all over the US, so best bet is to just look at their jobsite for what is open at any moment in time.
Cons
Structure of company is a bit cumbersome with business units competing for business against each other. This leads to a lot of frustration for the sales teams who find out from customer prospects that one sales rep from another branch is misinforming them about their product/service. Marketing strategy is very hard to develop as well since you are tripping up against the other WK service offerings. There was also for me a sense that the managers were working in isloation of each other, rather than getting a feeling that they all were pulling together with a common vision and goal. A bit of "every man for himself."
