Pros
I found the employees at all WWW brands to be wonderful colleagues. People are experts in their field and tend to be good collaborators. I would have loved to stay but needed to leave to progress my career.
Cons
I was there long enough to witness multiple leadership changes at the CEO level but also at the brand president level which did a lot of damage to moral as one would expect, but what did the most damage was each new president knew less about the business which ended up driving it into the ground.
