All good, seriously, these are words

There is a real sense of 'all in this together' with Wombat, working with everyone across the company I feel as though we're all pushing and helping each other to succeed with the business. For a remote-working start-up there is already a great appreciation for the staff, with mental health talks and networks, opportunities to meet up and regular activity sessions. Whether it's catching up over a coffee or playing board games or poker etc. It's a great way to build relationships with everyone. All of the above not only makes me feel very included but most importantly VALUED.

As with any new company it takes time to build processes etc. Despite there being some gaps in the structure, it's clear the intention and I am confident all of these gaps will be addressed as soon as possible.
