The other artist made it fun. A little like a frat party.

Management was stressed about money. While they raise a good amount over the year I was there, the "over seas" team seemed to be the bone of contention amongst the execs. No body seemed happy with the choice of location and certain their work was seem internally as a science experiment. Certainly they kept a lot of people in the dark. But a few beer later the info flowed. I left for a more honest working environment

Nice and interesting projects. A very good team of people, mostly young and talented engineers.

Very bad management. Bad communication between different teams and with management. Low salaries. Two much pressure on employees without any specific reason, even though most of the features are finished on time. Too many hours in the office, sometimes over 12 hours a day. Several employees were dismissed without any explanation. Mostly young engineers are left to their own, none of the experienced ones work with (supervised) them. Constantly receiving criticism from the management; it is rare to praise someone's work or success.
