The team is small, adjusts quickly, full of creative ideas, willing to listen and just a pleasure to be around.

If you're someone who needs routine and don't enjoy a startup environment, this is not the right place for you.

Not many pros to working here. The company is ran by Jonathan and Keri who choose and dictate all marketing strategies...when things don't work they generally will blame you even though you don't have a voice.

- Besides not having a voice or say in your job you are simply a "box checker" - The company has terrible customer service reviews and do little to make the product meaningful. There's little pride in the product it's all about getting people to sign up and hard for them to discontinue their memberships. -Furthermore after years of willingness to do whatever was needed to be done even working outside of my job requirements and hours I was let go 2 short weeks after letting both my boss Keri and the Owner Jonathan know I was pregnant. They simply called it a lay off across the company so they laid off one other person. Unfortunately I don't think this company has good morals for their employees or customers. Buyers and workers beware. -they do not give raises or performance reviews. They will simply just fire people on a whim. I lost my insurance for my family of 3 in the middle of my prenatal doctor visits.
