Pros

-You will continually acquire new skills and experience with frequent role changes. -You'll meet and collaborate with people of various creative backgrounds and cultures.

Cons

It can be challenging to transition from one role to the next, especially if you have a preference. However, sometimes you're surprised to find fulfillment in a position you wouldn't have otherwise considered.

Pros

Wonderful Machine has so much to offer! On the job training helped me learn and grow quickly. Management and co-workers are supportive and responsive. Flexible scheduling makes this an ideal job for anyone trying to fit a little work in around a busy day.

Cons

The work is remote so you sometimes miss seeing co-workers on a daily basis. There are always opportunities to connect via online meets though.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and are delighted to learn that you enjoy working for Wonderful Machine. We care deeply for our employees and always aim to provide an optimal and educational working environment. Sadly the downside of remote work is the missing social aspect, but we strive to bridge that gap and are open to new ideas on how to do so.

Pros

As a newcomer to the industry, it's a great place to get a lot of experience in little time. You will meet great people, as everyone is young and typically shares the same interests. But sadly, you will spend every ounce of free time complaining to one another about how much you hate it there.

Cons

I'll start off by saying I'm not sure how this company is still a company. The staff turnover rate is nearly impossible to keep up with and the structure of how everything is run changes just as frequently due to the CEO's erratic thoughts and ideas. Expect your job title and responsibilities to change without notice and often. No matter what position you're hired for, you can expect to have to do an excessive amount of marketing/cold calls to clients that is pretty much 0% effective. You will be called out every time you do something wrong, as small as forgetting to put a period after a sentence, but will never be recognized (or compensated) for the amount of consulting revenue you're bringing in (if you can manage to get the point where you're allowed to do consulting) or any positive accomplishments. The office space makes all of this less tolerable. Everyone is crammed into a small room where the CEO is the nucleus and can watch over everything. Oh yeah, and you will not be paid fairly. At all.
