Pros
As a newcomer to the industry, it's a great place to get a lot of experience in little time. You will meet great people, as everyone is young and typically shares the same interests. But sadly, you will spend every ounce of free time complaining to one another about how much you hate it there.
Cons
I'll start off by saying I'm not sure how this company is still a company. The staff turnover rate is nearly impossible to keep up with and the structure of how everything is run changes just as frequently due to the CEO's erratic thoughts and ideas. Expect your job title and responsibilities to change without notice and often. No matter what position you're hired for, you can expect to have to do an excessive amount of marketing/cold calls to clients that is pretty much 0% effective.
You will be called out every time you do something wrong, as small as forgetting to put a period after a sentence, but will never be recognized (or compensated) for the amount of consulting revenue you're bringing in (if you can manage to get the point where you're allowed to do consulting) or any positive accomplishments. The office space makes all of this less tolerable. Everyone is crammed into a small room where the CEO is the nucleus and can watch over everything.
Oh yeah, and you will not be paid fairly. At all.
