They pay a livable salary educators are able to live comfortably on. They provide staff trainings that are informative for self and professional growth. Their mission statement is amazing and what they stand for is something this world needs more of. Providing high quality care accessed to ALL families.

Work place is toxic environment that pays well so people stay. The organization continues to recreate systems and processes in which they conduct (such as enrollment, admin structure of who’s doing what, marketing, operations, etc) business leaving many staff confused and frustrated with how to do their jobs effectively and the “wonders way”. Joanne Hurt, executive director, is continuing to working on her leadership skill set which includes learning to be accountable for her actions and learning how to be a more supportive team player. Transparency is not their strong suit, as there’s much confusion and unknown directions that the administration team is unsure about or unable to share with everyone. They do not use their trainings effectively, after a staff training is completed, there is no follow through with implementing what staff has just learned, making the trainings pointless for staff.
