Pros

Pleasant people to work with in general

Cons

30% of top management had left in last 6 months (incompetent leaders with no clue how to lead the company, there are too many negative stuff going on), including 'departure' of 2 former co-presidents. Very lean structure that affects work morale, no replacement of attrition headcount (only some to low cost locations), a lot of work for existing staff > research quality has dipped significantly as a result, management asks employees in townhall to trust the company and decisions they take but are not doing right by employees. Budgets (travel, events, salary increment) are close to non-existent, expectations of delivery however, are to the roof. Direct managers gaslight subordinates who raised concerns. HR is even worse. No one in the company is not thinking about next career move, except old guards who are there more than 10 years.

Pros

Appreciated working with smart, driven colleagues; they were truly experts in their fields. The rigorous schedules we were on were strictly maintained, which usually made for a very organized structure and workload.

Cons

Leadership went through many changes and acquisitions while I was there. The mission seemed to keep changing, and it wasn't easy to maintain consistency in our reports with such leadership changes. Market analysts were often pulled onto consulting projects but were not paid as consultants. This is what pushed me to leave.
