      Pros

      Free food sometimes, and snacks. Laid back work attire.

      Cons

      Management lies, but preaches honesty and transparency. Leadership is all men, and any strong women who are assertive they get fired, or laid off, or forced to leave by making the work environment horrible. This company has gone down the tubes over the years and will be surprised if they last a few more years.

      Pros

      Good benefits, recently became an ESOP, friendly environment with great people. Job isn't very difficult.

      Cons

      Company is in the middle of transitioning from a "flat" structure to a more traditional tiered structure. This means that often it's not clear who has the power to make what decisions, and it causes some friction when it's not clear who should be doing what.
