Meeting new people on a daily basis, Have most Sundays off if fully staffed. Inside most of the time.
Cons
Low pay, expected to work 60 plus hours a week, Always on call, Can't find or keep good staff due to extremely low pay, expectations are unattainable, poor support from upper management. Absolutely no work/Life balance.
