The people were great, positive company culture, large variety of things to work on, flexible work environments, people first mindset.

A lot of pressure to meet DT goals but oftentimes project budgets were too low. I felt like I had too much work or not enough, it was difficult to find a good balance. Sometimes the deadlines enforced by clients were unfair.
