Great people and culture. The work life balance was great.

I did not experience any cons.

The hotels they own are in good locations.

Literally, the only thing the owner cares about is money. The company pays a salary to all of the family members who don't even work; and they get paid way more than any of the employees. All of the workers at the hotels work so hard, just to support all of the extended family members. All of that hard work is just to pay young adult family members so they can buy rolexes and drive bentleys.
