I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy any of the positive attributes of the company. After a six month hiring process and five tests for the position, for which I was told that I was the only one to pass, I was let go a week after my employment for lack of coachability. They seemed to not mind that I left my other job to come work for them. On my second day, I was called in the office to talk about my mistakes. After leaving the office feeling terrible, we reviewed my work the next morning, only to find out that my work was correct. I found no apologies. If you have a job currently, I would definately proceed with caution. For one reason or another, the direct manager seems to not want this position to be filled.
