There have been ongoing structure changes happened without consultation or communication from leadership to us. No proper communication to us. We were assigned projects from other people (not our main projects) with unrealistic deadlines and insufficient information, Which set us up for failure from the get-go. But this wasn't taken into consideration by the "leaders". In one incident, a specific leader raised his voice extremely loud at me when I can't deliver for lacking info and also realistic timeframe. Especially when all of us have other projects to manage as our BAU. Felt constantly anxious about going to work since that incident.
