At Woolpert, we work diligently to improve communication and have developed several channels through which employees can convey feedback. We conduct an anonymous Great Place to Work Survey annually where the results play a critical role in the firm’s continuous improvement, host open mic sessions with the CEO, and operate with an open door policy to address employee concerns.
