Recognition rarely is given to back office positions, while client facing positions (those that are typically paid much more than the back office workers) are consistently commended in company meetings. Starting pay below minimum for experience held. Slow pay increases, regardless of performance. Cross training or shadowing for career growth seems impossible to obtain even after multiple requests to do so. Yearly bonus not guaranteed. Politics.
