      Family Friendly, Casual Environment, Simple Jobs

      Cons

      Just hired new people in the past 8-9 months only to let them go and "restructure"...experience is not placed above favoritism of employees. Hard work is often overlooked bc the Managers are friends or have favorites.

      The culture at Woot is phenomenal. It's fun to work for a growing company with great people and great managers.

      Being owned by Amazon has pros but certainly has cons too.
