Pros
Pay is great for someone coming straight out of college. Bonus, RSUs and annual performance raise of 1-3% are nice additions. Work schedule provides for excellent work life balance if you manage it correctly.
Cons
Zero opportunity for promotion. Operations managers have less experience than some of the Area Managers. Work is very repetitive and the quality of associates during peak season can make for some long shifts. You feel more like a babysitter than a manager at times. If you are expecting to work for Amazon and gain experience to enhance your career. do not work here!
